IRS Group are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing company in Tamworth for a PAL Operator to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business supplying precision-engineered components to world-leading industries. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: £12.84 per hour

Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday
  • 6:00am – 6:00pm
  • Three-day weekend every week!

The Role:

  • Operating production machinery and manufacturing equipment
  • Monitoring production processes and ensuring quality standards are met
  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Carrying out visual quality inspections
  • Following work instructions and operating procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Working closely with the production team to achieve daily targets

  • Previous manufacturing, production or machine operating experience is preferred
