Reach Truck / Counterbalance Driver - Rugby - £13.00 - £13.50 per hour - Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm - Temp to Perm Opportunities Available IRS Group are currently recruiting for experienced Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance Drivers to join a leading manufacturer in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business offering long-term opportunities for the right candidates. The Role Working within a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment, you'll be responsible for the safe movement of generators, components and materials throughout the site. Due to the nature of the products, we're looking for competent and confident FLT drivers who take pride in working safely and accurately. Key Responsibilities * Operating Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance FLTs safely and efficiently. * Moving large generators and heavy components around the manufacturing facility. * Loading and unloading vehicles. * Supplying production areas with materials. * Stock movement, put-away and replenishment. * Assisting with general warehouse duties when required. * Following all Health & Safety procedures and site rules. What We're Looking For * Valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance licence. * Previous experience operating FLTs within a warehouse or manufacturing environment. * Confident handling large, heavy or valuable products. * Strong awareness of Health & Safety. * Reliable with an excellent work ethic. * Happy to support with warehouse duties when required.
