We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Logistics Coordinator to join our night operations team based in Redditch. This is a key role within a fast-paced logistics environment, ensuring the smooth coordination and tracking of shipments while delivering exceptional customer service around the clock. Working nights, you will liaise with customers, suppliers, and carriers globally, helping to maintain service continuity and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Organise and coordinate transport operations
- Manage customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Complete accurate job updates and administrative tasks
- Update KPIs and operational records
- Ensure continuity of service throughout the night operation
- Communicate effectively with day shift teams to ensure smooth handovers
