IRS Group (IRS) are recruiting a Production Line Operative to join a family run business based in Willenhall. Our client are the market leaders in the development of coatings, mixtures, and marinades for the food industry and are looking for someone to join our team. This will be a full-time and permanent position for the right applicant, and will come with full training. Temporary, On-Going role which could lead to permanent employment. FULL-TIME 40 Hours per week. Shifts Available * Monday to Friday * 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 x40 hours per week are paid, x3 breaks during shift are fully paid. Role: * Picking items using a detailed list of ingredients and loading onto pallet * Carefully updating paperwork * Manual lifting involved up to 25kg * Loading Machinery with Packaging and ensure the line runs efficiently * Basic Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting * Informing Senior Management Team of any faults or breakdowns * Labelling and Packaging Products * Preparing items for packaging and despatch * General ADHOC Warehouse Duties – Cleaning/Sweeping/Wrapping/Labelling Pay: * £12.44 per hour – £13.19 per hour depending on shift / job role Submit your CV for immediate consideration
