Industrial Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for Coded Welders for their Manufacturing Client in the Aston area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure an ongoing role within a fast-paced and well-established manufacturing environment.

Hours:

  • 2 x Day Shifts Available: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 16:00
  • 1 x Night Shift Available: Sunday to Thursday, 23:00 - 07:00
  • Overtime may be available

Pay Rate:

  • Day Shift: £17.00 per hour
  • Night Shift: £21.88 per hour
  • Weekly pay

Job Duties:

  • MIG coded welding on mild steel products
  • Welding to engineering drawings and specifications
  • Fabricating and assembling components
  • Carrying out quality checks on completed welds
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working area
  • Working to production deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Previous MIG coded welding experience is essential
  • Valid or previous welding codings preferred
  • Experience working with mild steel
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance
