The Opportunity
Are you an experienced manufacturing leader with a strong CNC background and a passion for driving operational excellence? You will be responsible for developing people, improving processes, and ensuring the safe, efficient production of high-quality components. You will lead a team of approximately 25 employees, with 3 direct reports, creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and high performance. Although this is a day shift position, there will occasionally be a requirement to provide support to the night shift (8:00pm - 6:30am) when business needs require.
