About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our new and growing company based in Lutterworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly team within a brand-new operation. No two days need to be the same, and we are looking for people who take pride in their work and are keen to build a long-term career with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving and organising stock within the warehouse
- Checking goods and maintaining accurate stock levels
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
- Following health and safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and enthusiastic
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Organised and has good attention to detail
- Flexible and willing to learn new tasks
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
