We are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our busy maintenance department.

You'll play a key role in ensuring our production equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently by carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs.

We have opportunities across a variety of shift patterns, offering flexibility to suit different lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on production equipment.
  • Minimise downtime through effective fault finding and repair.
  • Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
  • Complete maintenance records accurately using the CMMS.
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities to enhance equipment reliability.
  • Work closely with production and engineering colleagues to maintain operational performance.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, HNC, or equivalent).
  • Multi-skilled with both electrical and mechanical maintenance experience.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

  • PLC fault-finding experience.
  • Knowledge of conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated equipment.
  • 18th Edition electrical qualification.
  • Welding or fabrication experience.
