An established automotive manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of customer projects from initial prototype stages through to low-volume production. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within specification, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will take ownership of multiple concurrent projects, acting as the key link between customers and internal departments, ensuring all resources, documentation, and production requirements are aligned to meet project objectives.
Shift - Fixed days - Salary 40,000 - 45,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities- Review new project information and establish project plans, timelines, and tracking documentation.
- Evaluate project schedules and identify any risks to achieving key milestones.
- Lead cross-functional project meetings, driving actions and ensuring progress remains on track.
- Monitor and maintain project status reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure capacity, resources, and manpower are available to meet build schedules.
- Work closely with customers, providing progress updates and attending meetings as required.
- Ensure manufacturing documentation and production routes are in place to support project delivery.
