Industrial Recruitment Services Ltd (IRS) are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our client based in Halesowen. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Truck Driver to join the team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck, moving materials around the site, loading and unloading vehicles and supporting general warehouse duties when required. Candidates must hold a valid, in-date external Counterbalance FLT licence. The Role: * Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently * Loading and unloading vehicles * Moving stock and materials around the site * Putting stock away into designated locations * Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations * Carrying out daily FLT safety checks * Assisting with general warehouse duties when required * Following all site health and safety procedures * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm Benefits: * £12.90 per hour * Full-time position * Monday to Friday day shifts * Weekly pay * Long-term ongoing work * Opportunity for permanent employment The Person: * Valid, in-date external Counterbalance FLT licence essential * Previous Counterbalance FLT experience required * Previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred * Confident loading and unloading materials * Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance * Good awareness of health and safety * Able to work effectively within a busy environment Please apply with your CV.
