Industrial Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance and Reach FLT Driver to join a well-established logistics company based in Birmingham.
This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering stable, long-term work for the right candidate.

- Monday to Friday
- 18:00 - 03:00
- Twilight shift
Pay
- £13.30 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Temporary-to-permanent opportunity
Job Duties
- Operating Counterbalance and Reach FLT trucks safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving and storing stock throughout the warehouse
- Replenishing stock and supporting warehouse operations
- Assisting with general warehouse and yard duties when required
- Carrying out basic equipment checks
- Reporting any faults, damage or safety concerns
- Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence
- Valid and in-date Reach FLT licence
- Previous experience operating both types of truck
- Experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong awareness of health and safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
