Responsibilities: As a Food Production Operative, you will be involved in one of the following sections: 1. Mixing Section: – Preparing and mixing ingredients according to recipes and specifications. – Monitoring mixing machines and adjusting settings as needed. – Ensuring consistency and quality of the mixture. – Following all safety and hygiene standards. 2. Decorating Section: – Decorating and finishing food products to a high standard. – Ensuring accuracy and quality in presentation. – Packing finished products efficiently. – Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area. Key Requirements: – Previous experience in a food production environment is preferred but not essential. – Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. – Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. – Reliable, punctual, and a good team player. – Willingness to adhere to health and safety regulations.
