An established and expanding construction organisation is looking for an Estimator and Bid Writer to support its commercial activities across residential and commercial projects.
This is a varied role combining construction estimating, tender preparation and bid writing.
You will be responsible for developing reliable project costs, coordinating input from suppliers and internal departments, and producing high-quality tender submissions.
The position would suit an experienced construction estimator who is commercially minded, comfortable working with technical information and able to communicate complex proposals clearly in writing.
