Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and attracting top talent within the manufacturing, warehouse, and industrial sectors.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Conducting interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for both parties.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
What We Offer:
- Competitive OTE of £37,000 per year. DOE
- Regular working hours from 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Thursday
