We are recruiting for an Operations/Warehouse Manager for a well-established Automated Warehouse based just outside of Coventry. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for UK operations, ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance. The successful candidate will lead by example, drive continuous improvement, and foster a motivated, high-performing team culture. You will be expected to balance customer satisfaction with cost control, while maintaining clear communication across all levels of the business. Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence and develop teams are essential.
Qualifications & Experience
A formal qualification in operations, management, or a related discipline would be advantageous; however, significant relevant industry experience will also be considered.
