We are looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join our automotive parts manufacturing team based in Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, forming, and assembling sheet metal components to high quality and safety standards. Fixed days working 7am to 4pm with early finish Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble sheet metal automotive components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Operate sheet metal machinery (press brakes, guillotines, rollers, etc.)
- Cut, bend, form, and finish metal parts accurately
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Worker (automotive experience preferred)
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
