Are you an experienced Client Account Manager with a proven track record in logistics, account growth, and business development? We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused professional to join our Sales and Business Development team in Redditch. £50,000 - £55,000 DOE
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing revenue and profit across key existing accounts
- Securing new business and driving strategic growth
- Developing and delivering annual Account Plans
- Overseeing customer contracts and SLAs
- Establishing and tracking KPIs to ensure operational excellence
- Building long-lasting, high-impact client relationships
- Introducing the full range of the logistics solutions to your clients
- Identifying cross-functional service and product opportunities
- Acting as the voice of the customer within the business
