Industrial Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for Coded Welders for their Manufacturing Client in the Aston area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure an ongoing role within a fast-paced and well-established manufacturing environment.
Hours:
- 2 x Day Shifts Available: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
- 1 x Night Shift Available: Sunday to Thursday, 23:00 – 07:00
- Overtime may be available
Pay Rate:
- Day Shift: £17.00 per hour
- Night Shift: £21.88 per hour
- Weekly pay
Job Duties:
- MIG coded welding on mild steel products
- Welding to engineering drawings and specifications
- Fabricating and assembling components
- Carrying out quality checks on completed welds
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Working to production deadlines and quality standards
Requirements:
- Previous MIG coded welding experience is essential
- Valid or previous welding codings preferred
- Experience working with mild steel
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance
