IRS Group are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Nuneaton for an experienced Assembly Supervisor to join their growing PM shift. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor looking to join a busy manufacturing environment, leading a team and ensuring production targets, quality standards and customer requirements are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising the day-to-day running of the assembly department
  • Leading, motivating and supporting the assembly team
  • Planning workloads to meet production schedules
  • Ensuring products meet quality standards before dispatch
  • Managing attendance, return-to-work interviews and team performance
  • Organising overtime where required
