We are looking for successful candidates to join us in early 2026 (January or February). Please ensure this aligns with your availability before applying.
The Senior Compositor combines live-action and computer-generated elements into visual effects shots that realise the vision and creative direction of the client and Visual Effects Supervisor. The Senior Compositor is ultimately responsible for the aesthetic integrity and technical quality of the final image delivered to the client.
What You’ll Do:
- Together with the Compositing Supervisor and Visual Effects Supervisor, evaluate the creative and technical approach for assigned shots.
- Perform all tasks associated with the compositing process with minimal supervision, including layering of elements, matte extraction, tracking, and colour grading on difficult shots.
- Actively maintain the overall look, colour balance, and quality for assigned shots and sequences to create uniformity in all finished work.
- Consistently deliver excellent results with minimal supervision and good time management.
- Work proactively with other senior members of the team and across departments.
- Understand and embody the company's and the department's values of collaboration, efficiency and problem-solving.
- Anticipate technical challenges on shots and can plan and test solutions to find the most effective, aesthetic and technically sound result.

This role is Hybrid, which means the employee will be required to work 2 days on-site per week at a Company designated location, and occasionally from home.
