Two Clear Tiers β Based on Your Experience:
- Tier 3 β Designer Engineer Β£33,000βΒ£38,000 + Β£2,000 annual bonus. Entry point β hands-on steelwork background welcome.
- Tier 4 β Senior Designer Engineer Β£38,000βΒ£45,000.
