The Role
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the face of ICE, delivering expert maintenance and repairs that keep essential equipment running smoothly across customer sites.
What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnosing, servicing and repairing a wide range of cleaning equipment
- Delivering first-class customer service on-site
- Carrying out planned maintenance and safety testing
- Managing van stock and ordering parts efficiently
- Recording work in real time using our digital systems
- Providing clear and accurate service reports after every visit
- Contributing ideas to improve systems and ways of working
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a Field Service Engineer or similar role
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Hands on expertise with tools and diagnostic equipment
- Customer focussed with excellent communication skills
- Full UK manual driving licence
