ICE is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the CFO with insightful, timely financial information and strategic analysis across a fast‑growing service business. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling, driving profitability and efficiency as the company scales, including ERP implementation and KPI dashboards.
The role requires 2–3 PQE with strong communication skills and a commercially minded mindset, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels to influence.
