Hours: 4 On, 4 Off Shift pattern

Salary: £46,562.88 Annual Salary

Benefits: 17.5 days holiday, in addition to the public bank holidays, £26.35 Overtime rate (On non shifted days), £40 per night out allowance

About the Role

To be responsible for the timely delivery of hazardous chemicals in tankers throughout the UK, whilst maintaining compliance with Health and Safety standards, Drivers Hours and Working Time Directive Rules.

As part of your key responsibilities, you'll:

  • Safely and efficiently transport specialist chemicals in bulk to our valued customers;
  • Ensure compliance with ADR;
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of geography and the UK road networks;
  • Ensure PPE is worn correctly and appropriately;
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues;
  • Be responsible for not exceeding your Drivers Hours;
  • Ensure work is always undertaken to the highest standard.

Experience & Qualifications

  • ADR experience and knowledge (Class 8 & 9 required);
  • Tanker driving experience (required);
  • DCPC Qualification (required);
  • Clean driving license.

Positively represent ICL to our customers and suppliers. Ensure compliance with all contractual employment obligations. Ensure compliance with our ISO standards. Fully participate in the company's performance management and development programme. Work in accordance with the Company's Human Resources policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements at all times.
