We are seeking a safety-conscious Shift Process Operator to keep things running smoothly on-site. You’ll play a vital role in overseeing the production process of chemical plant facility by monitoring equipment and ensuring the quality, efficiency and safety of the manufacturing plant.

Purpose of the role
The shift process operator is responsible for overseeing the production process of a chemical plant facility. The goal of a shift process operator is to monitor equipment and improve the quality, efficiency and safety of the manufacturing plant.
Key Accountabilities
- Monitoring condition of process
- Data logging and archiving
- Stock management of sufficient resources to deliver planned activity
- Working closely with the Lab Department
- Taking scheduled samples for lab or on plant self-analysis
- Supervision of goods in and out, including loading unloading of road tankers and using forklift trucks
- Previous chemical process experiences an advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS office application
- Ensure that any problems are reported to the relevant manager/department immediately
- Work in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures
- Ensure PPE is worn correctly and appropriately
- Ensure work is always undertaken to the highest standard
- Ensure compliance with all contractual employment obligations
- Ensure compliance with our ISO standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements at all times
