We're looking for a Strategic Operations Associate to join our organization in Staines-upon-Thames. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our operational strategy and driving process improvements across the organization. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a passion for optimizing business operations and delivering results through strategic thinking and efficient execution.

  • Support the development and implementation of strategic operational initiatives and business improvement programs
  • Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions for optimization
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of operational objectives while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards to track key performance indicators and operational metrics

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations management, business analysis, or strategic planning roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and operational best practices
  • Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage relationships with diverse teams
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
