Job Description Summary: We are looking for a candidate who is not afraid to think differently to transform the performance of our global demand generation campaigns and grow IFS’ Industrial AI market. You will be responsible for devising and executing multi-channel demand gen programs, optimizing channel mix, managing tactics, audience segmentation and performance. This role is fast-paced, and the desired candidate will work closely with our solution marketing, digital centre of excellence, creative and field teams to deliver world class campaigns.

Essential Duties and Accountabilities:

  • Lead complex, multi-region campaigns, shaping and managing execution optimizing performance.
  • Planning and managing cross-channel accounts based demand gen campaigns, nurtures and webinars.
  • Choose and advise on channels and tactics, leveraging email, paid social, paid digital, video.
  • Manage audience segmentation, buyer journey and budgets.
  • Drive cross‑functional coordination (Campaign Strategy, Digital, Content, Regional Marketing, BDR/Sales) to secure inputs, align timelines, and resolve conflicts swiftly.
  • Be a team leader to other junior team members, coaching and managing projects and priorities.
  • Deliver, test and trial new and innovative approaches to demand gen, driving engagement across IFS target accounts.
  • Own performance insight for assigned programs and recommend optimizations.
  • Deliver Ads and emails and copy which resonate with buyer segments.
  • Leverage AI and martec tools to improve speed and quality; champion process, technical and workflow improvements and work with Marketing Ops to implement where required.
  • Analyze, monitor, and report on campaign performance aligned to key metrics. Share a performance dashboard with stakeholders, supporting the optimization and fine tuning of campaigns.
  • Prepare crisp executive updates that articulate status, key metrics, decisions required, and next steps for leadership forums.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability in managing demand gen campaigns.
  • Ideally B2B tech background, agency or in-house.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience with some focus in B2B campaign strategy and planning.
  • Experience of display, social, programmatic, video and email marketing, full funnel campaigns and nurture programs.
  • Analytical mindset and project management experience: able to manage multiple launches concurrently.
  • Experience in marketing automation and ABM tools such as DemandBase or 6sense, HubSpot.
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to prioritize, perform and willingness to get stuff done.
  • Ability to demonstrate new ideas via a personable, consultative approach, working across cross functional teams.
  • Confidence in marketing metrics and willingness to dig into data, analyze and draw insight.
  • Good copy skills; able to brief/iterate imagery and short‑form video.
  • Confident, outgoing personality that can integrate with a busy team environment.
