The Role
IFS Softeon is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to support the growth of our business across the EMEA region. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline development in collaboration with the IFS Softeon EMEA sales team and the broader IFS Softeon marketing organisation. You will play a key role in identifying target accounts, generating qualified leads, coordinating events and campaigns, and ensuring IFS Softeon’s messaging is visible across the supply chain and logistics market. The role will work closely with the EMEA leadership team to support regional growth initiatives and strategic accounts. The role reports to the Vice President & Managing Director, EMEA, with close collaboration with IFS Softeon US global marketing director and IFS local marketing team.
What You Will Do
- Demand Generation & Pipeline Development: Work closely with the EMEA sales team to generate pipeline and increase market awareness of Softeon solutions. Support lead generation and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives targeting supply chain leaders across EMEA. Manage inbound and outbound leads through marketing platforms and ensure timely follow-up with the sales team. Maintain and manage marketing systems such as HubSpot, and 6sense to track campaigns, leads, and engagement. Analyse market trends and competitive positioning within the supply chain and warehouse technology market. Contribute to strategic decisions on target markets, marketing tools, and customer engagement strategies.
- Campaigns & Digital Marketing: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, content marketing, and webinars. Work with domain experts across Softeon to create thought leadership content, case studies, and industry insights. Manage Softeon’s regional marketing content and communications across the EMEA market. Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights on pipeline contribution and marketing ROI. Support the sales organisation with target account identification and marketing support for key opportunities. Analyse market trends and competitive positioning within the supply chain and warehouse technology market.
- Events & Industry Engagement: Identify and manage Softeon participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences across the UK, Benelux, Nordics, Middle East, and Africa. Coordinate event logistics, marketing materials, and outreach activities with internal teams and partners. Represent Softeon at industry events, conferences, and customer workshops to increase brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise software or SaaS.
- Experience working in technology, supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software environments.
- Strong understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, ABM, and event marketing.
- Experience using marketing and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or 6sense.
- Highly data-driven with a strong focus on measurable ROI and campaign performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA as required.
