We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy distribution site in Rugby. This is a long-term temporary opportunity working consistent day shifts, ideal for candidates with previous warehouse experience and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
- Using handheld scanners and WMS systems to process stock
- Preparing goods for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
Requirements
- No qualifications required however previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment (Minimum 6 months)
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) highly desired
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
