Production Operative
Role Purpose
To manufacture products efficiently and safely, following factory and technical standards under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace (6S)
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Perform quality checks and inspections
- Accurately complete production documentation
- Support continuous improvement and training activities
- Work collaboratively within the team
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- Forklift licence
- SAP knowledge
Logistics Operator
Role Purpose
To support warehouse operations by receiving and despatching goods safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow Health & Safety guidelines and maintain workspace standards (6S)
- Pick, stack, and palletise goods
- Carry out stock checks and complete documentation
- Inspect equipment and ensure safe operation
- Use warehouse management systems (SAP preferred)
- Support continuous improvement and team flexibility
Requirements
- Previous logistics or warehouse experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Forklift & VNA licences
