About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-focused PCB Assembler to join our client’s growing production team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a specialist manufacturing environment, helping to produce high-quality, bespoke lighting solutions for luxury, residential and specialist sectors. This is a hands-on role where precision and craftsmanship matter. You’ll be working with PCBs, carrying out fine soldering, assembling components, and ensuring every product meets high quality standards. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working in a quality-driven team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic components to the required specification.
  • Carry out fine soldering and component assembly to a consistently high standard.
  • Read and follow technical drawings, wiring diagrams, work instructions and production specifications.
  • Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality and customer requirements.
  • Identify and report any defects, discrepancies or quality issues during the production process.
  • Ensure components are correctly positioned, soldered and assembled.
