Industria Personnel Services LTD are recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Tramper Drivers for a leading UK logistics company based in Coalville. This is a great opportunity to join a major transport operation with a fleet of 2,000+ trailers, moving everything from retail goods to food products across the UK. If you enjoy the open road, steady work, and a proper weekly routine – this one's built for you.
What your week looks like:
- Head out Monday, return Friday – full week on the road
- Long-distance trunking with planned routes
- 2–3 drops per day (nice and structured, no chaos)
- RDCs, ADCs and depot deliveries
- Curtain-side trailers and trailer swaps
- No handballing – just driving and delivering
This is proper tramping work – drive, park up, reset, and go again.
Pay & Benefits (PAYE):
- Weekdays: £16.50/hr
- Saturdays: £21.00/hr
- Sundays: £22.34/hr
- Night out allowance: £25.00 per night
- All holiday paid separately
Shift details: Approx. 10–15 hour shifts
