We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative to join a busy and fast‑paced production team based in Hinckley. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or develop a career in manufacturing, with full training provided.
The Role
As a Manufacturing Operative, you will play a key role in the production process, ensuring products are assembled to a high standard while maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembling components accurately in line with specifications
- Inspecting products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area in line with health and safety guidelines
- Assisting with stock organisation and inventory within the warehouse
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
