About the Role
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and growing production team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, offering long-term opportunities and the potential for a permanent contract following a successful temporary period. You will play a key part in ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to a high-quality standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating manufacturing machinery and production equipment
- Assembling products and components to specification
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Packing, labelling, and preparing goods for dispatch
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Reporting any faults, defects, or production issues to supervisors
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
