Industria Personnel Services LTD are looking for reliable, experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to work with one of our clients based in Burton Upon Trent. Our client is a leading variety retailer with numerous stores nationwide.
Full training will be provided over the course of 5 days in which you will go out double manned with another driver.
Job details for HGV Class 1 Driver:
- Delivering to stores all over the UK
- Unloading cages and pallets
- Loading and unloading empty cages for stores
- 2-3 store deliveries per day
- Shifts approx. 10-12 hours
- Trailers will be single trailers or double deckers
- This role is a temporary ongoing role
Pay rates for HGV Class 1 Driver - PAYE ONLY rates of pay: £18.04 per hour
The successful HGV Class 1 Driver will be required to have the following:
- Valid UK C+E Licence
- Valid UK CPC card
- Valid UK Tacho card
- 1 year experience on C+E entitlement
- No more than 6 points accepted on licence
- No DD, DR, CD, TT, IN endorsements
- Good verbal and over the phone communication
