Shifts: Monday - Friday

Start time: Between 2:00am and 3:30am

Industria Personnel Services LTD are looking for reliable, experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to work with one of our clients based in Burton Upon Trent. Our client is a leading variety retailer with numerous stores nationwide.

Full training will be provided over the course of 5 days in which you will go out double manned with another driver.

Job details for HGV Class 1 Driver:

  • Delivering to stores all over the UK
  • Unloading cages and pallets
  • Loading and unloading empty cages for stores
  • 2-3 store deliveries per day
  • Shifts approx. 10-12 hours
  • Trailers will be single trailers or double deckers
  • This role is a temporary ongoing role

Pay rates for HGV Class 1 Driver - PAYE ONLY rates of pay: £18.04 per hour

The successful HGV Class 1 Driver will be required to have the following:

  • Valid UK C+E Licence
  • Valid UK CPC card
  • Valid UK Tacho card
  • 1 year experience on C+E entitlement
  • No more than 6 points accepted on licence
  • No DD, DR, CD, TT, IN endorsements
  • Good verbal and over the phone communication
