We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a leading automotive logistics client based in Minworth. These are temp-to-perm opportunities, offering long-term stability and the chance to secure a permanent role with a highly reputable operation.
Shift Patterns
- Site 1:
- AM/PM Rotating: 05:45 - 13:45 / 14:15 - 22:15
- Fixed Nights: 22:00 - 06:00
- Fixed AM: 07:00 - 15:00
- Fixed PM: 15:00 - 23:00
- Fixed Nights: 23:00 - 07:00
Pay Rates
- £14.10 per hour (AM & PM fixed and rotating)
- £16.92 per hour (Night shifts)
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of a busy automotive logistics environment. Duties include:
- Picking and packing automotive parts
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Stock control and inventory management
- Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
- Working to productivity and accuracy targets
- Following all health & safety procedures
