Indusland Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fraud Prevention Officer to join our growing team. As a Fraud Prevention Officer, you will play a critical role in protecting our company from fraudulent activities and ensuring the financial security of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and policies to mitigate risk and protect the company from fraudulent activities.
- Investigate suspicious transactions and flag potential fraudulent activities.
- Analyze data and identify patterns or trends to prevent and detect fraudulent activities.
- Collaborate with other departments and external agencies to gather information and evidence for fraud prevention and investigation.
- Stay updated on current fraud trends and techniques to continuously improve fraud prevention strategies.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train employees on fraud prevention strategies and provide guidance on how to identify and report potential fraudulent activities.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of fraud prevention actions and investigations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to fraud prevention.
- Work closely with law enforcement agencies and serve as a liaison between the company and external fraud investigators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fraud prevention, detection, or investigation.
- Knowledge and understanding of fraudulent activities and trends.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to fraud prevention.
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification is preferred.
