P/A Carer required for a disabled man who uses a wheelchair in Middleton LS10. Various duties include hoisting, dressing, personal care, and accompanying him to various places including the gym, shopping, and appointments. No previous experience is required, but it would be a bonus; training will be given. The job will involve working as part of a team as well as working alone.
The job is part-time and the hours are roughly 20 hours a week plus holiday cover. This would include various shifts which would be discussed at the interview. The rates of pay are £12.40 per hour mid-week and £15.44 per hour at the weekend. You also get 28 days holiday pay pro-rata and will be enrolled in a pension scheme.
