THE ROLE
Overview
The successful candidate will work within the Investment & Valuation Team and will work closely with the Asset Management, Capital Markets, Finance, and FP&A teams within Indurent, but also work directly with the Investment and Asset Management teams at Blackstone. The role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of investment and valuation data analysis and reporting, and occasionally to support on wider tasks within the Investment team. The Investment & Valuation team is focused on acquisitions and disposals of Logistics and Multi‑let Industrial real estate assets across the UK, as well as multiple valuations throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Assist in data preparation and analyses for potential transactions (disposals and acquisitions) as well as for corporate and financing valuations.
- Run monthly acquisition performance analyses, e.g. re‑leasing analysis to compare underwrite vs post‑acquisition performance.
- Work with valuers and due diligence partners including lawyers to support the valuation process.
- Compile and track a weekly deal pipeline schedule.
- Maintain fee trackers and derive insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to monthly internal reporting as well as quarterly shareholder presentations summarising investment activity.
- Assist with data analyses for other corporate and thought‑leadership projects.
- Maintain occupational and transaction comparables data and enable the business to utilise the data in an efficient way on a day to day basis.
- Constantly innovate and bring improved ways of data analyses to the different parts of the team, setting up data and analyses that enable team members to execute on their day to day tasks more efficiently, including building in utilisation of AI and drive its adoption.
- Liaise effectively and professionally with teams within the company, including the Asset Management, Capital Markets, FP&A, Finance and the Executive Leadership.
- Assist with communications and presentations with the Blackstone Asset Management, Investment and Capital Market Teams.
Salary and package

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proficient with all main applications in the MS Office environment.
- Excellent Excel and analytical skills – ability to discern and succinctly summarise trends based on market & data analyses.
- Knowledge of more advanced data analysis skills and AI applications would be a plus.
- Ability to set up and edit PowerBi dashboards beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Pro‑active and self‑motivated.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Team player.
- Knowledge and understanding of the UK real estate market, especially the Logistics sector would be a plus but is not a requirement.
- ~2 years’ experience in a relevant role acquiring those skills, which may or may not be within a commercial property business.
