Job Description Following the integration of Industrials REIT and St Modwen Logistics in June 2024, Indurent is one of the UK’s largest owners of industrial and logistics property, with over 25m sq ft of warehouse space and more than 2,000 customers. We have big ambitions and aspirations, and with the backing of our owner, Blackstone, we expect to double the size of the business over the next 3-5 years. THE ROLE The Assistant Asset Manager will join us at an exciting time of our business growth. You will work within the Asset Management team to deliver a seamless customer experience by playing a crucial role between our customers, Facilities Management, Finance and Asset Management teams. Key Responsibilities Contract administration •tReading and interpreting lease documentation •tReviewing tenancy data and improving the quality of lease data held.
