The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for strengthening and scaling inDrive’s existing global partnership ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, the role focuses on managing and growing strategic partners while supporting the development of new partner opportunities. The position combines commercial strategy, partner relationship management, operational execution and cross-functional coordination. The successful candidate will take ownership of partnership performance, ensuring partners deliver measurable value as inDrive expands its superapp ecosystem globally. This role requires independence, accountability and strong execution. The Partnerships Manager will be expected to proactively identify opportunities, drive initiatives forward and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on objectives and long-term partnership goals.
- Own partnership performance, monitoring KPIs and analysing data and partner feedback to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain reporting to track performance, giving clear visibility on partnership impact.
- Use performance data and partner feedback to identify improvements and drive growth initiatives.
- Lead regular partner check-ins and performance reviews, ensuring transparency around results, priorities and next steps.
- Hold partners accountable to agreed commitments and elevate underperformance where necessary.
- Identify opportunities to scale partnerships through campaigns, additional services or new commercial initiatives.
Partnership Operations & Reporting
- Oversee the operational execution of partnerships, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and in line with internal standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams across product, marketing, data and analytics, finance, legal, and regional teams to support partnership launches and ongoing development.
- Support partner integrations and product-related initiatives, ensuring clear coordination between teams.
- Develop and maintain reporting to track performance, including adoption, engagement and revenue.
- Prepare regular internal updates and performance summaries for leadership, highlighting insights, risks, and recommended actions.
Partner Development
- Identifying and evaluating new partnership opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
- Conduct research on potential partners and ecosystem opportunities across relevant verticals.
- Contribute to early-stage partner discussions and support the preparation of partnership proposals.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive developments to help inform partnership strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years’ experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related commercial role.
- Experience managing strategic partnerships or external business relationships in a technology, marketplace, mobility or digital services environment.
- Experience overseeing partnership initiatives involving coordination across internal and external teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
- Business-fluent English.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust with partners across different markets and cultures.
- Strong data literacy and analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to identify growth opportunities and improve outcomes.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and taking initiative to move projects forward.
