As a Product Test Engineer, you will work as part of a small team who develop communications products in line with internal engineering and quality procedures. As a member of the development team, you will carry out product performance testing to meet project requirements.
- Carry out manual and automated product performance test development, execution, and reporting to include:
- Radio performance testing
- Harmonised standards testing
- Analog audio testing
- Power consumption testing
- Environmental testing
- Python scripting
- Experience of using oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, and audio analysers
- Test and troubleshooting of digital circuits
- Work experience in Linux environment
Security Clearance: Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role.
