Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering high‐quality technical hiring across the UK & Ireland region, focusing on our growing mobility market, partnering with business leaders and HR colleagues to attract and recruit top talent. Operating as part of a global HR structure, the TA Partner owns the full recruitment lifecycle for their region while aligning with global strategies, employer brand, and TA best practices. Due to project demands we require someone to join us immediately so you must be available to start in the next few weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Own and manage the end‐to‐end recruitment process, from briefing to offer stage.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and timelines.
- Deliver a high‐quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
- Source candidates directly through job boards, LinkedIn, internal talent pools, and proactive headhunting.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical or recurring roles.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and RPO providers (if applicable).
- Process Excellence & Compliance
- Ensure all recruitment activity is compliant with local laws (e.g., right to work, DEI legislation).
- Use the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS to manage workflows, reporting, and documentation.
- Monitor time‐to‐fill, cost‐per‐hire, and quality of hire KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Employer Branding & DEI
- Support employer brand efforts, including career site content, social media, and recruitment campaigns.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices in line with local expectations and global DEI goals.
- Stakeholder Management
- Advise line managers on hiring best practices, interview techniques, and market trends.
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Payroll/HR Operations, and Learning & Development to ensure seamless onboarding and candidate experience.

Qualifications
- Experienced talent acquisition partner with a strong track record in technical recruitment across engineering, IT, and STEM, ideally in‐house, though agency experience will also be considered.
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, etc.).
- Knowledge of employment law and best practice in recruitment compliance.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and requisitions concurrently.
