What you will do:
- Monitor the status of black box orders from receipt to fulfilment, resolving issues or escalating to management as needed.
- Liaise with finance to ensure accurate revenue forecasting for black box jobs.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure export and import requirements are understood and fully adhered to for all black box jobs.
