An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PMO Analyst to join our globally renowned aerospace client’s Commercial Modifications Europe Programme Management Office based in Frimley, Surrey. Supporting a portfolio of aircraft modification programmes delivered through the EASA certification process, the successful candidate will play a key role in project governance, portfolio reporting and continuous improvement, helping to drive the evolution of the PMO into a strategic portfolio management centre of excellence.
Working closely with the PMO Manager, Project Managers and senior stakeholders, you will provide project planning, governance, reporting and administrative support to ensure successful programme delivery across a dynamic aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of PMO processes, standards, templates and governance frameworks.
- Maintain portfolio documentation, dashboards and reporting tools to provide accurate project and portfolio visibility.
- Gather, analyse and present project and portfolio data to support informed decision-making and programme performance.
- Assist Project Managers with the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules and delivery milestones.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies and action logs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly project and portfolio reports, executive presentations and management information packs.
- Coordinate governance meetings by preparing agendas, recording minutes and tracking actions through to completion.
- Consolidate project information for portfolio reviews and senior management reporting.
- Organise meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions, ensuring effective communication across multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain project documentation, version control and document repositories in line with organisational standards.
- Produce briefing papers, business documentation and presentation material to support programme delivery.
- Contribute to PMO transformation initiatives, driving continuous improvement and enhancing portfolio management capability.
