Role Overview: The Senior Planner will lead the delivery of planning capability within the business, maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and supporting the Task Manager. The role involves planning expertise, schedule analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), and stakeholder communication across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide planning and EVM expertise to internal customers
- Maintain and produce planning deliverables aligned with business rhythms
- Support long-range operational integrated program planning
- Develop and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders
- Review project WBS and support Project Control Manager decisions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and training
