Key Responsibilities:
- A degree or equivalent practical experience in a pertinent numerate discipline such as mathematics, physics, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of statistical and machine learning techniques to address challenges posed by large, intricate datasets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an advantageous background in stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in programming and data handling using R, Python, or equivalent languages.
- Proven track record of developing end-to-end data science solutions, ranging from proof of concept to successful delivery.
Preferred Experience:
- Proficiency in Python application frameworks like Django or Flask.
- Expertise in preparing and managing applications with DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Agile project delivery methods.
- Experience in relational databases, including but not limited to SQL and Oracle.
- Background in the Defence or related, industry.
- Expertise in utilizing BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
