Overview:
Looking for an experienced Salesforce Test Engineer to ensure high-quality delivery of enterprise-level software. The role involves test planning, execution, automation, UAT, exploratory testing, and mentoring junior testers. The engineer will work closely with Salesforce developers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to improve test coverage, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and automate functional and non-functional tests.
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Mentor and advise other testers on best practices.
- Manage release processes and track defects.
- Contribute to quality assurance frameworks and process improvements.
- Work in Agile/DevOps environments and provide demos to stakeholders.
Essential Experience/Skills:
- Salesforce Admin 201 or equivalent Salesforce project experience.
- Functional and integration testing of Salesforce applications.
- Playwright, BDD/Cucumber, API testing (Rest Assured/Postman).
- Testing JavaScript/React applications.
- Knowledge of TDD, BDD, CI/CD practices.
- Experience with Loans & Investment apps, Conga templates, FinDock & GoCardless.
- Agile experience and strong communication skills.
Desirable:
- ITIL, ISTQB, Certified Agile Tester.
- Java/JavaScript/Apex scripting knowledge.
- Experience delivering digital projects.
Qualifications:
Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
