Role Overview: Procurement / Buyer / Sourcing / Purchasing Specialist: The Vertical Lift Supplier Management and Procurement team offers3 exciting opportunitieswithin its Aircraft Support division. The roles involves partnering with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to enhance service delivery while ensuring excellence across all business interactions. The 3 (three) Roles: These focus on the following if you have experience in one or more of these areas, it would be great to hear from you: Role 1: Facilities management, Infrastructure & off aircraft activities Role 2: Aircraft General Spares, MRO, consumables, chemicals Role 3: Key Suppliers, OEMs Key Responsibilities: Negotiate contracts for products, services, and technologies, including pricing and terms. Integrate programme, customer, and product strategies into sourcing and contracting processes. Prepare and execute contractual documents and binding agreements. Manage supplier performance, ensuring quality, delivery, financial stability, and in-service outcomes. Mitigate risks and resolve issues, initiating supplier improvement activities. Analyse demand and supply trends and execute proprietary information agreements. Support sourcing strategies and document contracts and agreements. Communicate performance expectations and evaluate supplier metrics. Essential Skills and Experience: Experience in Aviation & Aerospace is ideal but not essential 2-4 years of relevant experience with proficiency in commodities and SAP/ERP systems. Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills. High attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks. Experience with sustainability initiatives and tool development.
