Type & Duration: Contract | 6 Months initially and Possible extension with Inside IR35
Core Purpose: Lead and support the configuration, implementation, and aftercare of Oracle ERP Procurement modules. Ensure the ERP solution delivers compliant, efficient end-to-end procurement processes aligned to business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Oracle ERP Procurement modules (Sourcing, Purchasing, Contracts, Supplier, catalogues, Reporting)
- Translate procurement and finance business requirements into system design and configuration.
- Design and support procurement workflows, approvals, controls, and reporting.
- Lead and support system testing (SIT/UAT) and validate solution performance.
- Support change management through end-user training, documentation, and go-live support.
- Manage and resolve defects with the Oracle implementation partner.
- Coordinate with Finance, Technology, and other ERP workstreams to manage dependencies.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle ERP Procurement (or equivalent ERP procurement systems).
- Strong practical experience working within a procurement function (public and/or private sector).
- Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes and procurement best practice.
- Experience in ERP testing, functional design and user training.
- Familiarity with change management in large ERP implementations.
